Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to throughout the US, except Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Approximate item weight: 230 lbs.Approximate shipping weight: 250 lbs.
  • Domestic shipping: item can be shipped in the contiguous United States.
  • International shipping: This item is not eligible for international shipping.
  • Average delivery time: 3–5 business days.

The freight carrier will arrange a shipping date and time once the machine arrives at your nearest delivery terminal. You will then be contacted to arrange a four-hour delivery window. Please inform the courier of any access restrictions at your property. While most freight companies will deliver the item to your driveway or garage, this cannot be guaranteed. Receiving Your Shipment

  • All deliveries require a signature to confirm you have received your order. No claims will be accepted for damaged items if you are not present to accept your shipment.
  • Please check you have received all items listed in the driver’s paperwork. If there are any discrepancies, notate the pieces that are missing. It is your responsibility to list any damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Drivers will NOT wait for you to inspect inside each carton. All outer carton damage must be listed on the paperwork at time of delivery.
  • If visible damage is present, you can refuse delivery. We can return the item to the shipper for repairs at the carrier’s cost. If there is minimal damage, note the extent of the damage when signing while the driver is present.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If no issues are noted on the delivery receipt and the driver leaves with a clear proof of delivery, no claim can then be filed.
  • Just Pinball must be notified within 24hrs of any damage and photographs will also need to be sent. Ensure you keep the original packaging. We will initiate the claims process and arrange replacement.

In-Store Pickup

All orders may be picked up during regular business hours. Please contact us to let us know when you wish to collect your order so that it will be ready when you arrive. Refunds & Returns

Just Pinball offers a 30 day no-hassle full refund or item exchange return policy from the date the item was received. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and coordinating the return with Just Pinball.

Manufacturers' Warranty Information

As an authorized distributor for Stern Pinball, any problems with your pinball machine will include our full-service assistance. All our Stern Pinball machines come with a three-month warranty from the delivery receipt date. This warranty applies to manufacturer defects in workmanship and does not extend to improper use or application of the product. Just Pinball will personally handle all elements of the claims process, including diagnosis, acquiring replacement parts and returning defective parts. We will work with you and the manufacturer until the issue is resolved and aim to do this in a timely manner.
