CAN I TRY BEFORE I BUY?

We ship Stern Pinball machines across the country so often we can help you find a convenient location or event near you which has the machine you’re after. Call or email us and we’ll do our best to help.


CAN I RETURN MY MACHINE IF I CHANGE MY MIND? IS THERE A COOLING OFF PERIOD?

Just Pinball offers a 30 day, no-hassle full refund or exchange policy from the date the item is received. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and coordinating the return with Just Pinball.


WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT MODELS - PRO, PREMIUM, LIMITED EDITION?

The Pro is our gold standard pinball machine and includes all the features detailed on our “Machines” page https://www.justpinball.com/machines . Premium has the same gold standard but comes with additional playfield features. The Premium and LEs have a limited production run. They may include additional features such as exclusive mirrored back glass or an upgraded sound system with an enhanced speaker cabinet and high-quality JBL branded backbox speakers.


CAN YOU OFFER HELP WITH THE SETUP AND ASSEMBLY OF THE MACHINES?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TERM FOR HIRING A MACHINE?

There is no minimum term for rental.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The price is determined by the frequency and length of the rental period over a calendar year. The theme of the pinball machine may also factor into pricing as licencing costs vary by theme. IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I RENT MULTIPLE MACHINES?

If you’re looking to lease a few of our Stern machines, we’re happy to arrange a discount.


IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM NUMBER OF MACHINES I CAN RENT?

There is no minimum or maximum number of machines that can be rented, dependant on availability.


DO YOU ONLY SUPPLY STERN PINBALL MACHINES

Yes, we choose to exclusively sell and rent Stern pinball machines – but we do also offer an extensive range of other game room products including Tornado Foosball machines, Joola Ping Pong, Skee Ball, and classic arcade cabinets boasting over 600 classic titles. https://www.justpinball.com/custom-game-room


WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT?

Your rental agreement will include a certificate of insurance and a commitment to deliver, set up and collect the games on an agreed date.


DO I NEED SEPARATE INSURANCE – AM I COVERED FOR DAMAGE/BREAKAGES?

It is always advised that you talk to your insurance agent for advice on insurance requirements for events or for the office.


CAN I SWAP MY MACHINES FOR DIFFERENT MODELS?

Yes, our contracts offer flexibility of swapping out games based on availability.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?

As an authorized distributor for Stern Pinball, we offer full-service assistance to remedy any problems with your pinball machine. All our Stern Pinball machines come with a three-month warranty from the delivery receipt date. This warranty applies to manufacturer defects in workmanship but does not extend to improper use or application of the product. Just Pinball will personally handle the entire claims process - including diagnosis, acquiring replacement parts and returning defective parts. We will work with you and the manufacturer until the issue is resolved and aim to do this in a timely manner.


HOW WILL MY PINBALL MACHINE BE DELIVERED?

Stern Pinball machines arrive on a wooden pallet and boxed. The entire package weighs about 275lbs. There is some assembly required. Click on this link to see how it arrive and what’s involved in the set up.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MACHINE?

Just Pinball is always happy to support our clients with over the phone care instructions. In some cases, we’ll also supply the buyer with manufacturer-produced tutorial videos or PDFs.


MY MACHINE’S STOPPED WORKING. HOW DO I RESET IT?

DO YOU SELL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES?

We’re an authorized Stern Pinball dealer and sell all parts for our machines. We also sell a full line of accessories.

WHAT IS A GAME ROOM?

At Just Pinball, we like to refer to game rooms as “Chill-Out Rooms”.

The dictionary defines a game room as a room for relaxing or socializing in a house or public building, typically furnished with items such as a pinball machine, video arcade games, shuffle board, pool table, dart board, or other recreational amenities.

Just Pinball describes our Chill-Out Rooms as a place were people go to escape from reality for a short time. They offer respite for employees and homeowners - a place to relax, unwind and recover. Remember, a positive vibe and fantastic work culture is infectious and can quickly spread around the business and the home.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A CHILL-OUT ROOM?

Most game rooms tend to take two-four weeks to complete, depending on their size and scope. Some home projects are completed in less than a week.
